Yet, few people know how to properly design and configure SBCs, and training has been scarce — until now.
This three-and-a-half day instructor-led course was created by NACR engineers and training experts to provide detailed, hands-on training on the end-to-end installation and administration of the Avaya ESBC. The lead developer of the course was Dwight Reifsnyder, an NACR Convergence Systems Engineer, mentor, and COE trainer who has worked with converged voice and data networks since the first Avaya VoIP implementation in 2001.
